This run is the final answer to over a month of labbing, and another month of semi-regular grinding.

For 3 years my PB remained at 2h1m, because I hadn't gained enough consistency or looked deep enough into the route, but I finally made the decision to fix that for good in August. With a two-week road trip on the horizon, I had plenty of time on my hands to do many overhauls to the route and practice playing through the game. My first completed run after returning from that trip was a WR by 3 minutes, blasting my PB away, but I had some timelosses and deaths which kept the run from its full potential. I got 3 further PBs, but they all had something go south.

My final goal was to get a deathless run, regardless of the time, since I knew that any decent run where I also don't die should easily be a great time as well. It took a couple more weeks, and some failed runs, but finally I did it! Indeed, this run went pretty well, and even with some medium-sized timeloss in some stages, it still beat my most recent PB by 3 minutes.
