This came out of nowhere. Pretty lucky seed, and basically no slow segments holding it back. "Cardio%" is Any%, but you can't get the G-P-Yesss or Teleport-Happy traits (two traits that save a substantial amount of time but are pretty rare, especially TPH); SSA means you use the Super Special Abilities variant of your character, which has more overpowered traits. This beats the previous world record by 32 seconds, held by the guy who has all the world records as Werewolf.
